Wellness and Health
Wellness is not about being ‘completely’ well. What does that even look like? Is being in a complete wellness state even realistic? When we look at the idea of wellness, we focus on how we do the things that we do every day, in a variety of areas in our life. This can be looking at our physical, spiritual, emotional, cognitive, and social functioning. When we view our wellness and health as part of these individual areas we can understand what personal needs require support and what areas are doing well. Addressing wellness and health is to look at the parts in order to see how we are functioning as a whole. A holistic approach to wellness and health helps us to better understand all of who we are, as a whole being. That is how we find our well-being.
I offer information, knowledge, and strategies to address the day-to-day challenges you are facing in these areas of your overall wellness and health. Let’s discover this together!
